Maharashtra 11th Admission 2025-26: Standard 11 Centralized Online Admission Process for the Academic Year 2025-26: The online admission process for Standard XI is relevant within the specified five online admission zones, which consist of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) that includes the districts of Mumbai, Thane, and Raigad, along with the areas governed by the Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporations, as well as the Municipal Corporations of Nagpur, Amravati, and Nashik.

This procedure is compulsory for all accredited Junior Colleges affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board, as all admissions will be conducted solely through the online platform. Maha FYJC Admission Guidelines 2025-26
- Provide students with copies of the information booklet for their reference.
- Assist students in completing the online admission form and approving Part-1; feel free to contact them using the provided phone numbers if needed.
- Offer guidance on the necessary documents and help them upload these to the portal.
- Support students in selecting their preferences and verifying the marks entered in Part-2, ensuring all activities are conducted online to avoid in-person meetings.
- Aid students from outside the online admission area or from different boards in filling out forms, verifying information, and making necessary corrections.
- Reset student login passwords upon request.
- Provide assistance with the marks conversion facility available on the portal for students from other boards (such as ICSE/IGCSE) who have grade-based mark sheets.
- If the marks conversion module is unavailable for any board, students must convert and enter their marks independently; verify the uploaded mark sheets and ensure the total marks align with the criteria specified.
- Secondary schools from other boards may issue conversion certificates.
- Students whose board results are announced online but have not received their mark statements should submit a copy obtained through Digi Locker or an online version certified by their school; such provisional mark sheets will be accepted.
- Thoroughly check and verify all information provided by students in the application form, including manually entered marks and uploaded documents.
- Each secondary school must confirm whether their 10th-grade students have applied through this online system for 11th-grade admission and verify their forms.
- Review all pending application forms in your login and ensure they are verified as soon as possible; if necessary, communicate with the applicants via telephone.
- Complete all necessary tasks promptly.
