Current and Future Developments on KVS Balvatika and Class-1 Admission 2025-26:
7.4.2025 (Monday): The KV School will release the second notification on April 7, 2025 regarding available vacancies in Class 1 and Balvatika classes under the RTE quota for the academic year 2025-26.
7.4.2025 (Monday): The principal of KV school will conduct the third selection and waiting list on March 7, 2025, contingent upon the availability of open positions.
2.4.2025 (Wednesday): The second selection and waiting list will be managed by the principal of KV school on March 2, 2025, provided that there are still available vacancies.
28.3.2025 (Friday): The schedule for the Draw of Lots event for Balvatika classes 1 and 3 will take place on March 28, 2025, across all KV schools, organized by the designated authority, with the results announced on the same day.
26.3.2025 (Wednesday): The lottery results for Balvatika-1 and 3 admissions, conducted on March 26, 2025, were announced according to the region-wise schedule established by KVS.
25.3.2025 (Tuesday): The lottery results for class-1 admissions, conducted on March 25, 2025, were announced according to the region-wise schedule established by KVS.

21.3.2025 (Friday): The final date for online registration on the KVS admission portal, as well as the KVS Balvatika admission portal for Class 1 and Balvatika classes 1 and 3, is March 21, 2025.
7.3.2025 (Friday): The admission process for online registration for Class 1 and Balvatika classes at all 1,256 Kendriya Vidyalaya schools for the academic year 2025-26 commenced on March 7, 2025.
Bavatika Portal Important Announcement: Dear Parents, the results of the Draw of Lots will be accessible on the Portal starting at 4:00 PM on March 28, 2025. For prompt results, parents are encouraged to visit or reach out to the respective school directly.
KVS Class 1 Admission List Released 2025-26 Live Information: The online registration for Class 1 admission across all Kendriya Vidyalaya schools, which number over 1,240, commenced on March 7, 2025, at 10 AM and concluded on March 21, 2025, at 10 PM. Each Kendriya Vidyalaya has received thousands of applications, and the selection process began on March 25, 2025, utilizing the ‘Online Lottery Draw‘ method. In accordance with the directives issued by the KVS headquarters to all Kendriya Vidyalayas, the Principal Convenor will conduct the Online Lottery Draw for all candidate categories to determine admissions for Class 1 for the academic year 2025-26.
KV Lottery Draw Event Live Stream on YouTube Channel
All Kendriya Vidyalaya schools will broadcast the entire lottery draw event on their respective YouTube channels, allowing applicants to view it from the comfort of their homes. There is no need for them to visit the school to watch the lottery draw program. The live stream will be available for viewing at any time after it is uploaded to their YouTube channel, ensuring that every parent can access the list of selected candidates immediately following the lottery draw.
Additionally, the complete list will be made available on their official website in PDF format. Furthermore, both the selection and waiting lists will be posted on the Notice Board of all KV schools once the lottery draw process for class 1 admissions for the academic year 2025-26 is completed.

The KVS orgnaizaiton is released the 1st Merit list for class-1 admission in all KV schools and the direct link is activated on March 25, 2025 at 6 PM!
