IIM Visakhapatnam Placements
With an average package of INR 15.64 LPA and the highest package of INR 43.25 LPA, IIM Visakhapatnam achieved 100% placements in 2024, a 25% increase over the previous year. International offers with an average compensation of INR 19.5 LPA were extended to four students. With 34% of offers, the BFSI industry was in the lead, followed by consulting (31%). 117 businesses in all, including 117 new recruiters, took part, including well-known firms like Accenture, Adani Wilmar, Asian Paints, DS Group, and Axis Bank.
Additionally, 100% of the 2024 Summer Internship placements were successful. The average stipend increased by 38% to INR 79K per month, while the maximum stipend granted was INR 2.5 Lakhs per month. Twenty–two percent of the internship offers were from the IT/ITES sector.
